Jolie Ball

Small books for ordinary days, and the people in them.

Pour the coffee, even if it goes lukewarm. Make a little room for someone. Leave the room kinder than you found it. That's most of what I know, and it's what these books are about.

About Jolie

Hi, I'm Jolie. I'm a mom, a worker, and a reader who still underlines things. I spent years in retail and more years raising my kids. Somewhere in there I started writing things down.

I write the way I talk at the kitchen table: plainly, kindly, and without pretending things are easier than they are. My books are short on purpose. They're for real days, when you have a few minutes and a cup of something warm.

I love cats. I think makeup is an art. And I believe the world needs more grace. I'm a contributing author at Vaka to Vitality Publishing.

Thank you for being here.
